Big Foot Striders
These oversized feet can be used in a variety of activities with countless variations. They are excellent to help children focus on body awareness, balance, foot position and spatial relationships. Each "Strider" is held in position by two cords, one on each side of the foot. By pulling on the cords, when a foot is lifted, the Bigfoot Strider stays in contact with the bottom of the foot. As the fundamental skill of walking is mastered, additional cues can be added. Change of direction, spinning, hopping, skipping and jumping are just a few of the variations on the basic theme. Constructed Of Durable Ethafoam That Lasts Each is 21"L x 9"W and 1-1/4" thick. Cut from closed-cell ethafoam, these are durable and will absorb a great deal of punishment. Each "Foot" has a 65" long piece of #7 nylon cord, which is used to hold the "Striders" in contact with the foot. The ethafoam used to create this product will not scratch or leave any marks on hardwood, tile, composition or any surface floors. They can also be used outside on grass or hard playground surfaces.
