Dear Richard,
I am writing regarding the replacement pogo sticks you sent us.
My husband, Bill, spoke with you a few days after Christmas
regarding our
situation.
While it was very disappointing that our boys opened a used, broken
pogo
stick on Christmas morning, the replacement pogo's arrived in good
order.
Our son's are thrilled with their "GoGo's!"
